Refund policy

All items sold by Put It On A T-Shirt are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons.

Our guarantee

If there is an issue with your order that is our responsibility, we will make it right. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The print is materially different from what was shown in the product listing

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Please do not send items back unless explicitly instructed to do so. Unapproved returns may not be received.
